Enter the UK once. Properly.
Nara Health × United Kingdom
Most brands arrive with five vendors, four dashboards and nobody accountable for growth. This is the alternative: one team owning the entire UK customer journey, from the first advert someone sees to the email that brings them back.
You bring the product. We build the UK business around it.
A UK launch needs research, positioning, funnels, creative, paid media, creators, email and organic all pulling the same direction. Split across separate vendors, they rarely do. This proposal is for the other model: one growth partner that owns the whole journey, from market research and positioning through to acquisition, conversion and retention, and answers to you on one set of numbers.
Five vendors. Four dashboards. Nobody accountable for growth.
Hiring separate specialists isn't wrong in theory. It fails in practice, because the four things that compound growth end up in four different inboxes, and the person left connecting them is you.
Disconnected data
Your media buyer can see exactly which angle is converting. Your creative team can't. The insight dies in a spreadsheet instead of becoming next week's winning advert.
Slow creative cycles
By the time a brief reaches an external studio and comes back, the angle it was built to test has already been outspent by the market.
Traffic with nowhere to land
The adverts improve. The product page doesn't. Every extra pound of spend runs into the same conversion ceiling.
Growth that stops at checkout
Without retention, every month restarts from zero and acquisition has to carry the entire business on its own.
Growth compounds when acquisition, creative, conversion and retention share the same brain.
Any agency can describe a process. This is what the same team has already done with other people's money, and the brands it was done on.

The seven people named at the end of this document are the seven people who did that work. Nothing here is subcontracted out.
04 · THE OPERATING SYSTEM
Seven disciplines. One sequence. One owner each.
Not seven departments billing you separately. One sequence: understand the market, build the place traffic lands, then earn and buy the traffic to fill it.
STAGE 01 · RESEARCH
DISCIPLINE 01
Market & Customer Research
Everything starts with understanding the UK market before we spend anything in it. We map the category, the competitors, the customer and the objections, then turn that into the positioning, ICP and marketing angles the rest of the system runs on.
Goal: know exactly who we are talking to, and what to say, before the first pound is spent.
STAGE 02 · CONVERSION
DISCIPLINE 02
Funnels, Landing Pages & CRO
Traffic is only worth buying once it has somewhere good to land, so we build the destination first. Different segments and levels of awareness get dedicated journeys rather than the same generic product page, and funnel messaging is written alongside the creative so the customer hears one consistent message from first advert through to purchase.
Goal: more revenue from every pound invested into UK customer acquisition.
STAGE 03 · CREATIVE
DISCIPLINE 03
Creative Strategy & Production
Creative sits at the centre of performance. Rather than producing one campaign and leaning on it for months, we run an ongoing testing system designed to keep discovering new winning concepts, with every creative decision tied directly back to performance data. Where it is strategically justified, we can also organise professionally filmed content and larger production days.
Goal: a continuous creative engine capable of supporting and scaling performance.
STAGE 04 · PAID ACQUISITION
DISCIPLINE 04
Meta Performance Marketing
Meta is the core paid channel for your UK entry. We own the complete advertising operation: strategy, campaign architecture, creative testing, optimisation and scaling. Media buying and creative sit in the same room, so performance data decides which creatives, messages, offers and funnels get built next.
Goal: build Meta into a predictable and scalable UK customer acquisition engine.
STAGE 05 · INFLUENCE
DISCIPLINE 05
Influencer & Creator Marketing
We build and manage your UK creator network end to end: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing and campaign coordination. It serves two purposes at once, brand awareness and credibility in a new market, and a renewable supply of authentic performance creative. The strongest creator content then becomes part of the paid acquisition system.
Goal: build awareness and trust while creating a scalable source of authentic performance content.
STAGE 06 · RETENTION
DISCIPLINE 06
Email Marketing & Retention
Growth does not end at the first purchase. We build and run your UK email and retention infrastructure to lift repeat purchases and customer lifetime value. Better retention means higher LTV, which is what allows the business to bid more aggressively for new customers on Meta.
Goal: higher repeat purchase rate, higher lifetime value, more revenue from the existing base.
STAGE 07 · ORGANIC
DISCIPLINE 07
Organic Growth: SEO & GEO
Paid acquisition rents attention. Organic compounds it. We build your UK search presence across both classic search engines and the AI answer engines customers increasingly ask first, so the brand gets found and cited when someone researches the category rather than paying for every click.
Goal: a compounding source of UK customers that does not reset when the ad budget does.
1Research→2Creative→3Meta→4Funnel→5Retention↻ back to research
Then it runs again. Every cycle starts knowing more about the UK customer than the one before it.
05 · FIVE VENDORS VS ONE TEAM
Same scope. One of these costs you a day a week.
Nobody sets out to build a five-vendor stack. It assembles itself, one reasonable hire at a time.
TYPICAL SETUPFive separate vendors
THIS PARTNERSHIPOne full-stack growth team
Ownership of the outcome
×Split across contracts. Every vendor owns a channel, nobody owns growth.
✓One team accountable for UK acquisition and retention as a whole.
Creative → media feedback loop
×Briefs travel by email. Weeks of lag between insight and the next advert.
✓Same team, same week. Yesterday's data decides tomorrow's creative.
Where the traffic lands
×Every campaign points at the same generic product page.
✓Dedicated funnels per angle, segment and level of awareness.
Creator content
–Bought for awareness, then left unused after the post goes live.
✓Recycled into paid. The best creator content becomes performance creative.
Retention
–A separate freelancer working from a separate plan.
✓Built on the same angles that acquired the customer in the first place.
Reporting
×Five reports, five dashboards, five definitions of success.
✓One growth report and one shared set of numbers.
Your time
×You become the project manager holding five vendors together.
✓One point of contact. The coordination is our job, not yours.
What it costs
×Five separate retainers, each negotiated on its own, plus the hours you spend holding them together, which nobody invoices you for.
✓€20,000 a month, all in. One invoice, one team, one number to judge us on.
ONE TEAM · ONE STRATEGY · ONE GROWTH OBJECTIVE
06 · WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
The numbers we agree to be judged on.
We would rather be measured on a short list of numbers than on activity. The targets themselves get set with you in week one, once we have seen your data. We are not going to invent them in a proposal. What we commit to now is which numbers count, and when you should expect them to move.
THE SCOREBOARD
Six numbers, reported every month
Blended MER: total UK revenue divided by total UK media spend. The one number that says whether the whole operation works.
Customer acquisition cost: what a new UK customer actually costs, all in.
Contribution margin on the first order: whether you make money on day one, or have to wait for the second order.
Average order value: what bundles, upsells and subscription do to it.
Repeat purchase rate at 90 days: the number that decides how hard you can afford to bid on Meta.
Owned revenue share: how much of the month's revenue did not have to be bought.
Not on the list: impressions, reach, engagement rate, follower count. We will not report to you on numbers you cannot bank.
BY DAY 90
It exists, and we know what works
Meta account, tracking and attribution running clean
At least one winning angle identified and repeatable
Dedicated funnels live for the segments that convert
Core email flows shipped and earning
First creator collaborations live and measured
CAC and MER known, stable enough to plan against
The gate: we sit down at day 90 and review this list against what actually happened. Honestly.
BY MONTH 6
Scale on ground that is proven
Budget increasing behind combinations the market has already validated
Creative production tuned to the winning angles
Conversion rate improved against the month-one baseline
Repeat purchase rate moving, not flat
Organic beginning to contribute traffic that was not bought
The question: can we spend more without the economics getting worse?
BY MONTH 12
A UK business, not a campaign
Acquisition predictable enough to forecast against
Retention carrying a real share of monthly revenue
Organic and creator content compounding without extra spend
A documented system your team could run or take in-house
The test: if you took this in-house, would there be something real to take?
07 · WHAT YOU GET
Everything you get, itemised.
The same seven areas that run the system, listed line by line so nothing is left to interpretation later. Each has a named owner on our side, and all of it sits inside the one monthly fee.

09 · THE FIRST 90 DAYS
Build. Test. Scale.
Three months to build the UK growth system, prove which parts of it work, and start putting money behind the parts that do. At the end of it, we review the results together against the day-90 list, and if it hasn't worked, we say so first.

Customer and ICP research
Marketing angle development
Offer analysis

Optimise retention
Improve email revenue
Increase budgets where unit economics support it
Objective: turn validated acquisition strategies into repeatable growth systems.
At day 90 we review this against the scoreboard, together. Three months in, you should know whether this is working, not be waiting to find out.
10 · WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Short list. We mean it.
The point of this model is that growth stops being your second job. But a few things only you can give us, and the first 90 days move faster when they arrive in week one.
FROM YOU
What we need
Access: Meta Business Manager, the store, analytics, email platform
Product: stock available in the UK, and samples for creators
Margins and unit economics, so we optimise for profit and not just revenue
Any existing brand assets, product photography and past creative
One decision-maker who can approve creative and offers
Roughly one hour a month for the strategy review
In practice: a kickoff call, an access checklist, and then we get out of your way.
NOT FROM YOU
What we don't need
You briefing five vendors and chasing their timelines
You interpreting conflicting reports from different dashboards
You writing ad copy or reviewing every asset
You managing creator negotiations or contracts
You deciding what gets tested next: that is our job, and we will show our reasoning
In practice: if growth is taking more than an hour of your month, we have set this up wrong.
OUR OBJECTIVE
In twelve months this should be a UK business, not a campaign.
Anyone can rent you attention for a month. The work worth paying for is the infrastructure underneath it: the positioning, the funnels, the creative engine, the retention, the search presence. Connected, documented, and still standing when the ad budget changes.
You bring the product and the vision. We build and run the UK growth engine around it, and build it so that one day you could run it without us.

11 · COMMERCIAL MODEL
€20,000 a month. Here is exactly what it buys.
€20,000PER MONTH · ALL IN
One number, split into two lines so you can see what you are paying for. The partnership fee covers the strategic and operational work of the growth team. Content production is a separate line so creative volume can scale with whatever is working, rather than being capped by a retainer. Media spend and third-party fees are paid by you directly.
Content productionStatic, video, UGC and creator assets produced each month€4,300
Total monthly investment€20,000
Media spend sits on top, and the number matters. To produce meaningful data and then scale on it, we would budget from €200 a day in Meta spend (around €6,000 a month), paid by you directly to Meta. That budget is managed daily rather than set and left: losing tests get cut early and the money moves behind what is working, so you are paying for performance and not for data you cannot use. Below €200 a day there is not enough signal to test properly, and we would tell you that rather than take the retainer.
On currency: we invoice in euros at a fixed monthly amount, so the fee never moves. Budgets are set in euros; your UK revenue and reporting stay in pounds.

Third-party software and platform costs
HOW THEY ARE HANDLEDApproved before we commitEvery significant external cost is agreed with you before we commit to it. Nothing by surprise.
TERMS
How you get out
Three-month initial term: long enough to build and test, short enough to be a real decision
A formal review at day 90 against the scoreboard, run honestly
Rolling monthly after that, with 30 days' notice either way
No long lock-in, no automatic annual renewal, no exit fee
Why: if this is not working by month three, you should be able to say so and leave. A contract that traps you is not a reason to trust us.
OWNERSHIP
What you own, from day one
The Meta Business Manager, ad account and pixel, all in your name
The email platform, list and every flow we build in it
Every landing page, funnel and piece of creative we produce
All research, positioning and angle documentation
Creator relationships and contracts
On leaving: everything stays with you, handed over documented. Nothing is held hostage on our accounts.
THE TEAM BEHIND IT
Every discipline has a named owner. These are the people who do the work each month, not the people who show up to the pitch and hand it to someone else.
Growth leadOwns the strategy, the research and the numbers you get reported on.
Media buyerRuns the Meta account day to day: budgets, testing and scaling.
Creative strategistTurns research into the angles, hooks and ad concepts we test.
Designer & editorProduces the statics, video, motion and creator-content edits.
Creator managerSources, negotiates and briefs the UK influencers and UGC creators.
Web & CRO developerBuilds the landing pages and funnels, and runs the A/B tests.
Retention & organicRuns the email flows and the SEO and GEO search visibility.
One unit, one strategy, one set of numbers. You deal with a single point of contact, not seven.
12 · QUESTIONS & NEXT STEPS
The questions you're probably already asking.
Why Meta only? What about Google, TikTok or Amazon?
Because a new market rewards depth before breadth. Meta is where we can test the most angles against the most people for the least money, and everything we learn there tells us what to say everywhere else. Spreading a launch budget across four channels usually means learning nothing on any of them. We would add a second channel once Meta is stable and profitable, and we would bring you the case for it with numbers, not add it quietly to the scope.
Do you understand UK advertising rules for health products?
Every claim is reviewed against ASA and CAP guidance before it goes live, and we keep a substantiation file for the claims we do make. No medicinal or treatment claims, no implied cures, no before-and-afters that imply an outcome we cannot evidence. Creator briefs carry the same rules and the required disclosure, because a creator's post is your liability too. Where a claim sits in a grey area, we bring it to you rather than run it and find out.
Why a Vilnius team for a UK launch?
The honest answer is cost structure: you get seven specialists for roughly what one senior in-house growth hire costs in London, and that difference is the whole reason this model works. We are one hour ahead of the UK, so the working day overlaps almost completely, and everything client-facing runs in English. ⟨NEEDS: one line on UK accounts this team has already run⟩ If being outside the UK turns out to be a problem, you will know within 90 days and you can leave.
What happens if the first 90 days don't work?
We review it with you at day 90 against the scoreboard, and we tell you first if it has not worked. After the three-month initial term the agreement is rolling with 30 days' notice, so leaving costs you a month, not a year. Everything we built stays with you either way: accounts, funnels, creative, research and creator relationships, handed over documented.
Who owns the ad account, the email list and the landing pages?
You do, from day one. The Meta Business Manager, ad account and pixel are set up in your name. The email platform, the list and every flow live in your account. Every landing page, funnel and creative asset is yours. We work inside your accounts, not ours, so there is nothing to negotiate for if you leave.
What is the minimum media budget for this to be worth running?
From €200 a day, around €6,000 a month. Below that, tests take too long to reach significance and you end up paying a team to wait. It is controlled spend, not a blank cheque: we cut losing tests early and move the budget behind what is performing, so nothing sits burning on data we already know we cannot use. If your budget is under €200 a day, say so on the call. A smaller engagement is a better use of your money than this one.
Will you work with our competitors?
No. For as long as this partnership runs, we will not take another ⟨NEEDS: define the category, e.g. UK supplement⟩ brand competing for the same UK customer. That is written into the agreement.
HOW THIS STARTS
Three steps, about two weeks.
01
A 15-minute call
You tell us the product, the margins and the timeline. We tell you honestly whether this model fits, including if it doesn't.
02
A 90-day plan built on your numbers
We come back with the specific angles, funnels and tests we would run first, and the scoreboard we would be judged on. Free, and yours whether you sign or not.
03
Agreement and kickoff week
Access checklist, kickoff call, research starts. Month one begins the day accounts are handed over.
Three-month initial term, then rolling with 30 days' notice. You own every account and asset from day one.
